The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract is a broad-based Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) administered by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The CIO-SP3 GWAC can be used by any federal civilian or U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) agency to fulfill a broad range of mission-critical information technology (IT) requirements.

General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) – Small Business is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.

U.S. Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Program Office ensures warfighters’ readiness by delivering world-class program management and procurement services. RS3 primary service areas include but are not limited to engineering; research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; acquisition and strategic planning; education and training services.

RS3 may be used by all DoD and federal agencies with C4ISR-related missions.
