Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to support the modernization and integration of MyNavy HR business processes and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing complex systems, ensuring data consistency, and collaborating on enterprise-level transformations to optimize operations and align with Department of Defense standards.


For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.


This position is contingent upon award/funding.

How Role will make an impact:

  • Analyze current systems, business processes, and data flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced performance.
  • Develop "As-Is" and "To-Be" process models and conduct gap analyses to support modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process integration and compliance with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) and Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) standards.
  • Support the integration of data and systems across MyNavy HR’s legacy and modernized frameworks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Enforce data standardization protocols to improve consistency, accuracy, and usability.
  • Utilize advanced tools to manage and report data insights, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Ensure the reliability and security of enterprise communication systems and network infrastructures.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures aligned with DoD policies to safeguard systems and data.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and address vulnerabilities within enterprise systems to maintain compliance with information assurance standards.
  • Perform routine system administration tasks, including upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to optimize system performance and security.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of enterprise solutions that support MyNavy HR modernization objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders, delivering regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Active SECRET security clearance is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, data integration, cybersecurity, and enterprise communications.
  • Proven track record in supporting modernization efforts within federal or DoD environments.
  • Expertise in systems administration, data standardization, and network management.
  • Familiarity with DODAF, BEA, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise communication platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
