Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Individual Training Branch Lead to support a program at Fort Johnson, Louisiana. 


For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  

  

How Role will make an impact:

  • Supervises the Simulations/MCIS Training Team responsible for the set-up, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of U.S. military command and control related clients and software tools. 
  • Technical expert on the employment of simulations and gaming systems that stimulate MCIS command and control systems. Supports the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of systems to support exercise control. 
  • Provides instruction and over-the-shoulder training to training audiences on simulations, games and MCIS systems used in training events.
  • Conducts testing, research and development of old and new systems and tools.
  • Builds and validates training courses of instruction with training team.
  • Trains, validates, certifies trainers, ensures trainers meets certification requirements.
  • Remains current with doctrine, provides doctrinal updates, changes to the training team and updates courses to reflect new doctrine.
  • Conducts training reviews and AAR’s. 

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance 
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, subject immaterial. Graduate of the Army CGSC. Preferred: ILE or equivalent level military schooling. Graduate of the Army Battle Staff Course and/or served as a Digital Master Gunner with ASI 5C identifier.
  • 10 years’ related experience in instructional development. 3 years’ experience on a US Military staff (Battalion or higher).
