Enterprise Analyst

CSA Global LLC is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Analyst to support MyNavy HR modernization efforts. The role focuses on aligning business processes, operational requirements, and existing systems to meet modernization goals, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in systems and network architecture, project management, and cloud infrastructure to support transformation initiatives through effective analysis and strategic planning.
This role is contingent on funding.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
Strategic Process Integration and Analysis:
- Evaluate and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, conducting gap analyses to support the transition to modernized MyNavy HR operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business processes and operational requirements with existing systems and modernization goals.
- Support the integration of systems and processes across multiple functions, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) and Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) standards.
Requirements Management and Documentation:
- Gather, document, and validate functional, operational, and non-functional requirements to support transformation initiatives.
- Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements across all stages of modernization efforts, including legacy system transitions and IT pilot programs.
- Develop detailed specifications for operational and functional requirements, contributing to informed decision-making and resource planning.
Support for Cloud and Network Systems:
- Provide analysis and recommendations for integrating cloud infrastructure and existing network systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess system capabilities and align them with modernization strategies.
- Maintain an understanding of current and emerging technologies to provide insights into cloud and network best practices.
- Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing modernization efforts, providing timelines, risk assessments, and recommendations to ensure project success.
- Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) sessions, milestone reviews, and cross-functional working groups, providing analysis and documentation support.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and planning documents to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
- Support compliance with DoD standards, ensuring all processes and systems adhere to DODAF and BEA requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize systems and processes for cost savings and operational effectiveness.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science.
- 10+ years of experience in systems/network architecture, project management, cloud infrastructure, and software support.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting modernization and transformation initiatives within federal or DoD environments.
- Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) certification may be required at the task order level.
- Proficiency in requirements management, business process analysis, and compliance with DODAF/BEA standards.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and network systems integration.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to align technical solutions with operational goals.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
