CSA receives accreditation for ISO 9001:2015

March 2, 2021 – MECHANICSBURG, Pa. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced today that it has been appraised with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015, and received its accreditation. The ISO 9001:2015 audit was conducted on November 24, December 10, and December 11, 2020, and was piloted by Robert Fletcher, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from Performance Review Institute (PRI) and Emily Murphy, CSA’s Quality Director. 

“Achieving this accreditation demonstrates CSA’s commitment to delivering the highest quality services,” said Ellen Barletto, CSA’s VP of business operations. “We built CSA’s culture on the commitment to both our clients and our employees. Through the ISO 9001:2015 certification, we have a validated and mature quality management system. 

ISO 9001:2015 assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their business strategy. ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most widely recognized quality management standard, with more than one million organizations independently verified by third-party certification bodies. 

This accreditation ensures CSA clients receive consistent, high-quality products and services while also meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.
