September 11, 2020 – MECHANICSBURG, PA. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) recently completed its first-ever company-wide virtual town hall. During the live event, CSA’s senior leadership discussed various topics, like its launch of updated services, the company’s brand repositioning and its new employee recognition program.
“While town halls are a great way to deliver updates on our strategic growth and plans, the real value was being able to connect with employees,” said Amy Bleken, CSA’s chief operating officer. “Because of this year’s pandemic, engaging with teammates has been a challenge. However, our employees made radical collaborations during these pressing times. The town hall was a great place to showcase their ability to work together and thrive despite our physical separation.”
Employees were able to submit questions before and during the broadcast to address any concerns or comments. More than 80 percent of employees were able to dial in for the event, while the remainder viewed a recording of the event published on CSA’s intranet.
During August’s town hall, CSA strayed from a traditional town hall forum to not only accommodate the company’s multi-office locations but also protect the safety of its employees during the pandemic.
As early as mid-March, CSA had to transition all its employees to work remotely due to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. CSA employees are part of the defense industrial base (DIB) that the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has designated as part of the United States’ critical infrastructure. Currently, most CSA employees continue to work remotely, while some employees are part of CISA’s critical infrastructure sector and continue to commute to support clients.
Due to the virtual town hall’s success and feedback, CSA plans to implement them once a quarter.
