17 June 2020. MECHANICSBURG, Pa. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) has completed a change in its ownership structure. Neftali “Lee” Arroyo purchased Brian K. Lebeau Sr.’s shares, giving Arroyo 100 percent ownership of CSA.
With the change in ownership, Lebeau will step down from his position at CSA. During his tenure, Lebeau assisted in developing new service offerings and is responsible for standing up and expanding CSA’s San Diego operations to support NAVWAR. Lebeau also served as CSA’s CEO for five years.
Lebeau joined CSA six-weeks after Arroyo started the firm in February of 2003. The company’s initial work was with Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), serving as the Supply Planning Team for the SMART ERP pilot and supporting the merging of all four pilots into Navy ERP. Since then, CSA’s expertise and capabilities have expanded to program management, systems engineering, data and business transformation.
“While reaching this moment has certainly been a long road traveled, it marks the end of an era for CSA, as well as the beginning of a new chapter,” said Lee Arroyo, CEO and owner, CSA. “Brian and I have worked tirelessly for over a decade and a half to build this company into the successful firm it is today. Operating now as a solely owned company, we can forge new alliances and seek partnerships that may not have been available in the past. Our change in ownership will only accelerate the unprecedented value we deliver to our federal clients.”
The ownership change retains the company’s privately held structure.
