July 28, 2021. FAIRFAX, Va. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced that Ruth Bowers was appointed incoming chief growth officer (CGO). This new role comes after the company acquires Capstone LLC, a mid-tier defense contracting firm.
Before joining CSA, Bowers served as an executive leader for numerous large and mid-tier organizations. Most recently, she was the vice president of enterprise growth for an operating division of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII). At HII, she developed and implemented a sales and business development process using scalable platforms and industry best practices to drive discipline and rigor.
“Ruth has a strong track record of initiating and leading a robust planning process to define a clear vision and strategy,” said Amy Bleken, CSA chief executive officer. “Ruth drives consistent growth across public and private sector organizations in cybersecurity, enterprise IT, data and predictive analytics, software and systems engineering, and full lifecycle support of fielded technologies.”
In her role as CGO, Bowers will develop and implement CSA’s overall growth strategy for legacy and new capabilities and customers while fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus throughout the organization.
“I am excited by the prospect of taking up the growth reins of CSA. CSA’s existing capabilities, deep domain expertise and collaborative corporate culture, provide us with enormous potential,” said Bowers. “The combined synergies and complementary capabilities created by the Capstone acquisition exponentially broaden CSA’s platform for mission support and enterprise IT solutions for our federal clients. We are now capable of taking innovations around solutions such as data and analytics, advanced cybersecurity, and cloud-ready DevOpSec to bolster existing client partnerships, as well as bring value to adjacent agencies.”
