October 5, 2022. MECHANICSBURG, Va. Client Solution Architects announced today it has appointed Robert “Earl” Johnson as vice president of business development to strengthen CSA’s leadership team and accelerate the organization’s growth.

Johnson came from Amentum, a spin-off of AECOM (NYSE: ACM), where he served as senior vice president, strategic growth office, leading growth strategy and vision, business development and solution design across key global and emerging markets.

Before AECOM, Johnson served in various executive business development roles with ITT Communications Systems, which was acquired by L3/Harris (NYSE: LHX), and Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL). Johnson successfully led business development, market strategy and growth for both companies.

“I’m excited to join CSA at this pivotal time in the company’s growth,” said Johnson. “Over the next three years, CSA will look to expand aggressively. The best-in-class capabilities CSA acquired in the acquisition of Capstone Corporation enhanced our cyber and technical capabilities. The future for CSA is clear: the problems we are solving for our clients today are desirable to those outside of our existing customer base, and we will take advantage of that.”

“Johnson brings extensive experience leading growth for global organizations,” said Ronald “Fog” Hahn, CSA’s chief growth officer. “His deep knowledge of the federal market will help expand our footprint to deliver much-needed capabilities to new and existing customers. He will focus on transforming our business development operating models for continuity, scalability and long-term growth.”

Johnson served in the United States Army Signal Corps and retired in 2002 as a Colonel. During his military tenure, he held command positions from company to brigade and was a Presidential Trip Officer in the White House Communications Agency. His last military assignment was with the Communications Electronic Command (CECOM) where he served as chief of staff.
