Client Solution Architects Adopts an Earned Value Management System

January 11, 2022. MECHANICSBURG, Pa. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) now uses an accredited earned value management system (EVMS) to manage internal and client projects. As part of the company’s push to exceed industry standards in delivery excellence, CSA has invested heavily in its project and program controls over the past 18 months.   

The EVMS will assist the company with managing project costs, measuring performance, and analyzing budgets, actuals and forecasts for optimum program planning and control. The system complements the company’s current scheduling tools and account systems and complies with EIA-748 standards required by the federal government.  

“Our experience has shown us that a lack of performance planning against variables like cost and time contribute greatly to a project’s failure,” said Ana Bragg, CSA’s director of contracts and project controls. “CSA has a documented history of delivering process performance that is precise and accurate, and our new EVMS will allow us to deliver project plans with greater confidence.”
