Phil Nolan joined CSA’s board of directors in 2021. He also serves on the board of Blue Delta Capital Partners and has been involved with firm in various leadership capacities since 2011.
Phil has served in critical roles involving major strategic initiatives. He was chairman, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Stanley, Inc. (NYSE: SXE), which he took public in 2006 and then sold to CGI Group (NYSE: GIB). Following Stanley, he was also CEO of Camber Corporation, which was acquired by Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) in 2016.
Nolan previously served as the lead independent director on the Perspecta (NYSE:PRSP) board of directors and as chairman of the Professional Services Council (PSC). Nolan currently holds roles on several boards, including director of CACI (NYSE:CACI), chairman of the GovernmentCIO board and as a board member of MAG Aerospace and Capgemini Government Solutions.
Phil holds a juris doctoral degree from George Washington University, a master’s degree in engineering management from the Catholic University of America and a bachelor’s degree in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy.
