Morgan Higgins

Director

Morgan Higgins joined CSA’s board of directors in 2022 and has been involved with CSA since 2021. She joined Blue Delta Capital Partners, a growth capital firm focused on the U.S. Federal Government services marketplace in early 2019. Morgan is actively involved with many of Blue Delta’s investments. She focuses on providing value beyond capital including tuck-in M&A ideas, talent, strategy, pipeline opportunities and more.

Morgan has helped many companies in the past with growth opportunities, strategic initiatives and key capital needs.

Morgan previously was an executive director at JP Morgan and one of the Government contracting industry’s most prominent and successful commercial bankers, leading the banks efforts locally and nationally for the sector.

Morgan holds a bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
