Lee Arroyo founded CSA in 2003 and led the organization to more than $70M in revenue. He has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain, process reengineering and the roll out of complex corporate initiatives.
Arroyo has held board positions in his community with Upper Allen Township and the Harrisburg Area YMCA board supporting the human resources committee. Lee is currently on the regional board of advisors with Orrstown Bank, the executive board of directors with Brown Golf Management and chairman of the board within CSA.
Prior to CSA, Lee was a leader within the AT Kearney-EDS joint venture, e-Solutions, which sold management consulting services, system implementations and hosting services. While there, he was lead for the supply chain service line that was deployed worldwide. Lee oversaw operations, delivery methodologies, sales, marketing, alliances, project execution and customer satisfaction. He has a deep technical, process and implementation knowledge of supply chain systems from many of the leading software technology firms in the industry. Prior to EDS, Lee worked for Bristol Myers Squibb (U.S. and Europe) where he was an integral member of several global supply chain transformation projects. He supported clients in critical areas such as strategy formulation and conceptualization, project management, process improvement, application architecture and design. Lee has mentored and consulted in various industries including pharmaceutical, defense, automotive, consumer packaged goods and nutrition.
Lee is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the commissioning crew of the USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) and served at the Norfolk Naval Air Station.
