Jeremy Ross

Jeremy Ross joined CSA in July 2024 as the Chief Growth Officer. He brings 25 years of experience driving business expansion across various roles and a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies to result in significant revenue generation and market share acquisition.  

Jeremy is experienced in driving significant and measurable growth by building high-performing teams and leading and winning capture/proposal efforts in the DoD, Intelligence Community, and Federal/Civilian Markets. He is a recognized industry thought leader and AFCEA/NDIA panel contributor who fosters and maintains strong industry and client relationships.  

Before joining CSA, Jeremy served as the Chief Growth Officer with Silver Edge Government Solutions.  During his tenure, he successfully implemented a growth strategy, created a qualified organic growth pipeline, and led the integration of critical capabilities, technology, and experience across six acquired companies over 18 months.  

In roles prior to his time at Silver Edge Government Solutions, Jeremy served as Vice President and Vice President of Strategic Programs for Trace Systems, Inc., where he was responsible for all new business growth within the Federal market and the executive leader of Mission Partner programs.

In 2019, Jeremy founded Potomac Consulting Solutions, which consists of senior professionals in cyber operations, C4ISR engineering, and strategy equipped with the experience to support the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian Agencies.  

Jeremy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tulane University.
