Greg Blue

Greg Blue joined CSA as chief financial officer (CFO) in June 2023. With an extensive background in the government contracting sector spanning over 15 years and robust experience in big-4 public accounting, Greg is instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and managing the financial operations of CSA.

Greg is experienced in accounting, finance, strategic pricing and operations and brings proficiency in mergers and acquisitions. His track record includes active involvement in and leadership of four buy-side and two sell-side acquisitions to successful completion, along with the associated integrations and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations.

Before his tenure at CSA, Greg served as the chief financial officer at Cydecor, Inc., where he managed the accounting, budgeting, project control and human resources departments. Notably, he played a crucial role in closing an acquisition in fall 2022. Preceding his role at Cydecor, Greg held a series of positions at ASRC Federal, including controller, senior vice president of business operations/finance, head of corporate development and operating group president. There, he led the company's second-largest operating group that provided IT and software development services to the Department of Defense and civilian markets.

Greg kick-started his career at Ernst & Young, offering auditing and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of public and private clients, with an emphasis on strategic growth markets.

Greg holds an MBA from the joint program of the University of Baltimore and Towson University, and a B.S. in accounting from Salisbury University. He maintains an active CPA license in the State of Maryland.
