Amy Bleken

Amy Bleken is chief executive officer of Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA), headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. CSA is a global provider of integrated technology and operational support services to defense and federal government organizations. We develop and implement effective solutions for complex enterprise requirements, providing the skilled workforce, processes and tools needed to help our clients achieve their goals.  

Amy joined CSA as chief operating officer in 2019 and engages with all functions and departments within CSA to strategically advance its position as a successfully graduated small business. Prior to joining CSA, Bleken served as an executive leader in two global industry-leading firms, most recently as the chief growth officer for an operating division under Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), formerly Camber Corporation, headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama and as senior vice president for the defense agency programs (DAP) business unit at CGI Federal.  

Ms. Bleken served in the U.S. Army and holds a master’s in Management Information Systems and a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. She holds certificates in Leadership Best Practices from Harvard Business School and Driving Business Growth & Innovations from Darden School of Business.
