OASIS SB is a collection of multiple-award, (MA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), ten-year (five year base and five-year option period) contracts with no maximum on the total value of orders that can be placed under the contracts. The OASIS SB contracts were awarded as 100% Small Business set-asides.

CSA and GSA OASIS SB Pool 3

‍OASIS SB has seven pools of awardees, and CSA is an awardee in Pool 3 for Engineering Services (NAICS code 541330), for Exception A, B and C. CSA is able to compete for 8(a) and service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set asides, and direct awards.
