Fog Hahn, Chief Growth Officer
Fog Hahn is CSA's growth officer (CGO) and is responsible for scaling and driving growth across all CSA’s business units. Fog leads the company’s growth strategy, business development (BD) operations, marketing and branding, government relations, technology development, mergers & acquisitions, and competitive intelligence. Fog will also lead the government-wide acquisitions (GWAC)/ indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) center of excellence. Before joining CSA, Fog held multiple positions at Amentum, an $8B a year company and spin-off from AECOM (NYSE: ACM). Most recently, he served as the company’s executive vice president (EVP), Strategic Growth Office (SGCO), where he led the development of growth strategies, business development (BD) operations, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and branding, government relations, technology development, competitive Intelligence, and GWAC/IDIQ activities. Fog’s focus was the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and the intelligence community. Prior to his private sector experience, Fog worked as a government civilian and served as the Director of the Joint Electronic Warfare Center. In addition, he served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2005.

Earl Johnson, VP of Business Development
Earl Johnson is the VP of Business Development for CSA, where he is responsible for transforming CSA’s business development operating models for continuity, scalability and long-term growth. Earl came from Amentum, a spin-off of AECOM (NYSE: ACM), where he served as senior vice president, strategic growth office, leading the advanced technology office where he brought innovative solutions to customers and improved internal processes. Before AECOM, Earl served in various executive business development roles with ITT Communications Systems, which was acquired by L3/Harris (NYSE: LHX), and Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL). Prior to his private sector experience, Johnson served 27 years in the United States Army Signal Corps retiring as a Colonel in 2002. During his military tenure, he held command positions from Company to Brigade commands. In addition, he was a Presidential Trip Office in the White House Communications Agency. His last assignment was with the Communications Electronic Command (CECOM) where he served as Chief of Staff.

Marshall Denney, VP Navy & Marine Corps
Marshall Denney joined CSA in January of 2023 as vice president leading CSA’s Navy business unit. He is responsible for the operational execution to deliver excellence on client requirements while achieving company-related business and financial goals. Marshall is highly experienced in delivering proficiency in all aspects of business operations, building high performance teams, and in business development. Before joining CSA, Marshall served as vice president of operations at Amentum, an $8B year company and spin-off from AECOM (NYSE: ACM). There, Marshall led the Counter-Threat & Capabilities Integration and the Major Command (MAJCOM) Technology Integration business units – developing strategies for innovation, experimentation, and the operational integration of technologies.Prior to his private sector experience, Marshall served nearly 28 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Colonel in 2014. He served twice as a commanding officer, was director of the Joint Electronic Warfare Center, and culminated his career as the J35 and Deputy Director of Operations for U.S. Cyber Command. While at USCYBERCOM, he earned a certificate for the Joint Advanced Cyber Warfare Course.

Doug Harding
Account Executive, Army Training
Doug Harding is responsible for expanding CSA’s Mission Support Services business unit.
For the past 9 years, Doug has served in multiple leadership roles within the defense aerospace industry for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), Valiant Integrated Services and Cubic Corporation.
Doug has 30 years in the U.S Army where he served in multiple duty stations in CONUS and OCONUS and retired in 2013 as a Colonel. He served in three combat tours and received multiple awards to include the Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star and Bronze Star.
Doug holds a M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and an M.A. in Management from Webster University. He also holds a B.A in Criminal Justice from Norwich University.

Matt Matthews
VP, Army & Other
Matt Matthews leads CSA's operations and training services for Army and other. Matt facilitates customer-focused solutions that enable readiness, strategic planning and mission critical operations. His expertise includes program delivery and market growth in overseas contracts with international partners.
Prior to joining CSA, Matt served as Director of Operations for Capstone Corporation and managed programs and business development activities for Joint, Service and Combatant Command customers. Before his career at Capstone, Matt spent ten years at SAIC where he served in several analytical and leadership roles. He served as a program manager and as a capture manager for NATO and Department of Defense customers. He also served as a senior consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and delivered innovative results for a variety of customers.
