CSA is recognized as one of the Top Medium Sized Workplaces

CSA was ranked as the #3 Top Medium Sized Workplace in San Diego during the second annual U-T San Diego Top Workplace awards gala. CSA received recognition by the San Diego Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and U-T San Diego. This marks the fifth consecutive year that CSA has earned Medallion SHRM Workplace Excellence recognition and the second consecutive year it has been honored by U-T San Diego as a Top Workplace.On November 6, U-T San Diego recognized CSA as the #3 Top Medium Sized San Diego Workplace during its second annual awards gala, held at the Hilton Torrey Pines, San Diego. CSA earned its spot solely through employee feedback from a survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. During the event, SD SHRM also recognized CSA for Workplace Excellence, which is evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges.“CSA San Diego grew by over 100% in 2014.
