CSA selects Brian Keller as COO
July 2, 2018 — SAN DIEGO, Ca.— CSA Guidance Consulting announced that Brian Keller, previously CSA’s VP of client engagement, has been selected as CSA’s new chief operating officer. Brian assumed the vacant role on July 2, 2018. CSA has four offices across the U.S. and employs more than 360 people that will be counting on Brian’s leadership.“Brian and I have been working side-by-side for the past couple years, and I am confident in his abilities and expertise,” said David J Hickey, CSA’s CEO. “His visionary approach to leadership paired with his hands-on experience with service excellence, service offerings and regional operations gives him a valuable perspective to implement CSA’s strategy.”Before taking this role, Brian was responsible for establishing service excellence standards by creating a pioneering culture throughout CSA.
