Marshall Denney Named VP of Navy at Client Solution Architects

January 31, 2023. FAIRFAX, Va. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced the appointment of Marshall Denney as vice president of its Navy business unit. Denney will be responsible for operational execution and achieving company-related business and financial goals inside the Navy.

Prior to CSA, Denney was at Amentum, a spin-off of AECOM (NYSE: ACM), where he led the Counter-Threat & Capabilities Integration and the Major Command Technology Integration business units. Denney was responsible for developing strategies for innovation, experimentation and the operational integration of technologies.

Prior to his private sector experience, Marshall served nearly 28 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Colonel in 2014. He served twice as a commanding officer, was director of the Joint Electronic Warfare Center, and culminated his career as the J35 and Deputy Director of Operations for U.S. Cyber Command.

Denney holds a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College, with the Information Resources Management College’s certificate in the Information Operations Concentration Program (IOCP). He also holds a Master of Arts in National Security & Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, College of Command & Staff. He also holds a Joint Advanced Cyber Warfare Course certificate. Denney has advised numerous organizations, including Congressional Committees, the Department of Defense, the National Security Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, NATO, and various coalition partners.
