CSA Wins Commander Navy Installations Command Emergency Management Recompete
June 22, 2023 – VIRGINA BEACH, Va. – Client Solution Architects (CSA) has been awarded a recompete contract to provide continuous (24/7) watch stander support to Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC), Emergency Management Department during daily operations, training and real-world response.
CNIC is the Navy’s single installation management organization responsible for uniform program, policy and funding for management and oversight of shore installation support for the fleet. CSA is responsible for maintaining situational awareness and understanding and act as the command’s first line of critical information flow. In addition, CSA will provide systems and technology requirements support for the C4I suite; geospatial information system and knowledge management; and training, policy and emergency management program assessment support.

This contract award is part of the indefinite delivery indefinite quality, multiple award contract, Commander, Navy Installations Command Headquarters Program Management Oversight Support (CNIC PMOS). This contract provides the procurement of professional services in the areas of program management, engineering, logistics, financial management and administrative support for CNIC headquarters.

The contract performance will be based at the Washington Navy Yard. The base period of performance commences on June 1, 2023, and extends through May 31, 2024, with a one-year option period.
