CSA Recognized as a Recipient of the HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion Award

November 4, 2024 – Virginia Beach, VA– Client Solutions Architect was recently recognized as a recipient of the prestigious HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion Award, presented by the U.S. Department of Labor. The award places CSA among 839 exemplary organizations nationwide that have demonstrated a strong commitment to recruiting, hiring, and retaining America’s military veterans.

The announcement was made during a virtual award ceremony led by U.S. Acting Secretary of Labor Julie A. Su. The HIRE Vets Medallion Program is the only federal award program that acknowledges employers for their exceptional efforts in veteran employment and career development.

Each reception of the HIRE Vets Medallion Award met stringent criteria, such as veteran hiring and retention rates, access to veteran-specific resources, leadership programs tailored for veterans, robust human resource practices, and comprehensive compensation and tuition assistance packages.

Since 2019, over 1,600 employers have earned a place in the HIRE Vets Medallion Award Hall of Fame, showcasing the growing recognition of the value and impact that veteran employees bring to the civilian workforce.

About the HIRE Vets Medallion Program:  

The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is earned by businesses that demonstrate unparalleled commitment to attracting, hiring and retaining veterans. The 2025 HIRE Vets Medallion Award application period will open to employers on Jan. 31, 2025. For more information about the program and the application process, visit HIREVets.gov. There are different awards for large employers (500-plus employees), medium employers (51-499 employees), and small employers (50 or fewer employees). Additionally, there are two award tiers: platinum and gold.
