Client Solution Architects to Continue to Provide IT Support for MAJIC, Military Personnel, Navy Budget Appropriation Tool
November 15, 2022 – FAIRFAX, Va. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) has been selected by Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) to continue to perform the management and sustainment of the Military Personnel, Navy (MPN) Appropriation Justification Book Input and Compilation (MAJIC) system in support of the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) enterprise.
The MAJIC application is built on a commercial platform designed to develop and monitor the execution of the Department of Navy’s MPN budget and the Reserve Personnel, Navy for Full Time Support (RPN-FTS) appropriations. As part of this effort, CSA will perform sustainment for MAJIC utilizing commercial development servers and support the MAJIC system testing and integration in government test and production server environments.
CSA has supported the infrastructure and hosting of MAJIC for OPVAV Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS) since 2019. In 2020, CSA was first awarded the professional support contract for the MAJIC application to ensure the continuity and functionality of the application. Most recently, in March of 2022, CSA was selected to support the Navy Manpower Program and Budget System (NMPBS) for the same BUPERS Comptroller Office (N10/PERS7).
“We are fortunate to have the opportunity to provide Manpower and Personnel with seamless collaboration across its contracts,” said Tim Spadafore, CSA’s chief operating officer. “This win allows us to continue to provide BUPERS N10/PERS7 the critical technical support they need through a single provider: CSA.”
This award was made under the Technical Services Support (TSS) 2 contract, a multiple- award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, which provides information technology services and solutions for the MyNavy HR enterprise.
Work will be performed at the Naval Support Facility – Arlington, Virginia. The base period of performance begins November 17, 2022, and will go through November 16, 2023, with two one-year options.
