CSA concludes its 2020 Townhall Roadshow
April 8, 2020 – MECHANICSBURG, PA. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) recently completed its organizational transition, which launched in October 2019. This strategic change introduced a new C-suite, an expansion of capture-focused account managers and a realignment of its mission and digital transformation services. “We used country-wide townhalls to deliver our strategic growth plan and connect with our employees,” said Amy Bleken, CSA’s chief operating officer. “Our message emphasized that now is the opportunity to accelerate our momentum, build on our strengths and energize our growth. We also recognized some very deserving individuals for their distinguished and significant achievements to our customers' mission.” CSA strayed from a traditional townhall forum to accommodate the company’s multi-office locations and precedence for face-to-face interaction. Over six weeks, CSA’s leadership held events in California, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Due to the success and feedback of the townhall, CSA plans to implement these annually. Additional corporate changes and transitions will be released over the coming months.
