Client Solution Architects Awarded Task to Support OPNAV N1 Navy Manpower Programming and Budget System
March 28, 2022– FAIRFAX, Va. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Capstone LLC, won a task order to provide technical, professional and administrative services support to OPNAV N1’s Navy Manpower Programming and Budget System (NMPBS). NMPBS is the program of record that provides a centralized combination of pay, billet and human resources data to support ad-hoc data mining, billet mining, accession planning and advancement planning.

The award was made under the Technical Services Support (TSS) 2 contract, a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, which provides information technology services and solutions for the MyNavy HR enterprise.
Work will be performed primarily at Naval Support Facility Arlington, in Arlington, Virginia. The NMPBS system is located at Component Enterprise Data Center (CEDC), NIWC Atlantic, New Orleans, Louisiana. The base period of performance for this contract begins March 26, 2022, and will go through March 25, 2023, with two, one-year options. About
