CSA Awarded Recompete Task Orders for Tier II IT support to NMCI and NGEN
October 1, 2023—VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. Client Solution Architects (CSA) announced the award of two recompete task orders for providing support services to the Commander, Navy Installation Command’s (CNIC) Tier II Information Technology Support program and CNIC’s Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) program. These task orders reaffirm CSA’s ongoing commitment to offering managed IT support services.
CSA will continue its support CNIC IT services by supporting the End User Hardware (EUHW) and Services, Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contracts, as well as improving the efficiency of the OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net). CSA’s services include the provision of Tier II help desk services within the headquarters, management of the command’s wireless mobility services, planning and implementing technical solutions to enhance the CNIC infrastructure and managing special projects in support of the CNIC CIO.

In addition to these services, CSA will play a pivotal role in developing and analyzing policies, programmatic tools, operations and culture pertaining to the Navy’s NMCI/NGEN/ONE-Net programs. The Tier II IT support team is set to provide comprehensive helpdesk support, manage mobile devices and offer video teleconferencing support services.
The task orders were granted under the CNIC Program Management Oversight Services contract. This is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract that supports the nine directors in CNIC headquarters and the regional commanders globally.
The contract performance will be carried out at various locations, including CNIC Headquarters in Washington D.C., and other significant sites such as Norfolk, Virginia; Millington, Tennessee; and San Diego, California. The base period of performance commences on October 18, 2023, and extends through October 17, 2024, with a one-year option period.
