CSA Awarded Recompete Task Order for CNIC HQ NGEN - Tier II IT Support
February 24, 2025—VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. ClientSolution Architects LLC (CSA) has been awarded a recompete task order to deliver critical support services for the Commander, Navy Installation Command’s (CNIC) NGEN-Tier II Information Technology Support program. This award reinforces CSA’s proven expertise in managed IT support and reflects our ongoing commitment to providing reliable, mission-focused solutions.
CSA will continue to support CNIC IT services by managing NGEN-Tier II help desk operations at headquarters. In addition, CSA will oversee the CNIQ HQ command’s wireless mobility services, deploy strategic technical solutions to enhance CNIC’s infrastructure, and lead special projects under the direction of the CNIC CIO.

The task order was awarded under the CNIC Program Management Oversight Services contract, a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity agreement. This contract supports the strategic operations of nine directors at CNIC headquarters and regional commanders worldwide, ensuring efficient and effective program oversight on a global scale.
The contract performance will be carried out at various locations, including CNIC Headquarters in Washington D.C. on February 18, 2025, and extends through February of 2026.
