Client Solution Architects Awarded Contract with Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)

06 October 2022. FAIRFAX, Va. Client Solution Architect LLC (CSA) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Capstone LLC, was awarded a contract with Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) under its joint venture, Veterans First. Veterans First is a mentor-protégé agreement between Capstone LLC and Client First Technologies, LLC (CFT) through the Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Program.  

Veterans First is one of three small businesses selected for the $850 million multiple award; an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Assessment, Exercise, and Modeling and Simulation Support (AEMSS). The DTRA AEMSS contract supports multiple mission areas within DTRA to bolster national and international chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high explosives (CBRNE) security through assessments, exercises, modeling and simulations.

DTRA is headquartered in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Work will be performed within the United States and its outlying areas, with funding to be awarded depending on each task order. The five-year base period of performance began August 1, 2022, with an option period of five years.
