CSA Appoints Trinity Lefler as VP of HR and Talent Acquisition
May 31, 2023 – VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – CSA is pleased to announce the appointment of Trinity Lefler as vice president of human resources (HR) and talent acquisition (TA). Lefler joined CSA in 2021 as the director of HR and TA and has since then displayed exceptional leadership and strategic management skills in overseeing the company's people, processes and resources.
In her new role, Lefler will continue to lead the HR and TA functions for CSA, managing employees across the United States, Germany, Italy and Japan. Her focus will be on enhancing employee engagement, developing talent management strategies and driving organizational effectiveness.
Lefler brings with her a wealth of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to joining CSA, she served as the director of HR for General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) NASSCO-Norfolk, where she oversaw HR, labor relations and recruiting functions across three locations. Trinity has also held various HR positions in the commercial sector.
Lefler is a Society for Human Resource Management senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence in labor and employment law through Tulane University. Lefler has also served on the board of directors for the Virginia Ship Repair Foundation and the Hampton Roads chapter of Society of Human Resources Management board of directors.
