CSA appoints Joe Kuhlmann as incoming CFO

August 24, 2021. FAIRFAX, Va. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced that Joe Kuhlmann was appointed as the incoming chief financial officer (CFO). He will be responsible for the financial strategy and operations of the company. This role comes after the company's recent acquisition of Capstone LLC, a mid-tier defense contracting firm.

Kuhlman has 25 years of finance and accounting experience within the government contracting industry. He recently served as CFO of Metis Solutions, where the firm’s size tripled in four years, culminating in a successful sale to PAE (NASDAQ: PAE, PAEWW).

“Joe has extensive experience in strategic planning and long-range financial and business operations, M&A, and building and managing successful finance organizations,” said Amy Bleken, CSA’s chief executive officer. “CSA’s future strategy will require his expertise as we continue to expand, grow and penetrate new markets in the public space.”

In addition to serving as a CFO, Kuhlman held multiple finance and accounting roles, including director of business operations, group controller and director of internal audit and compliance. He also led the initial public offering of Stanley, Inc. [NYSE: SXE], an information technology business now owned by CGI Federal.
