CSA Achieves Recertification in Three International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Standards
December 29, 2023. VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. Client Solution Architects (CSA) has successfully achieved recertification in three International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards: ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 for IT Service Management Systems, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for Information Security Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems.
These certifications demonstrate CSA's commitment to maintaining the highest standards in its operations, processes and services.
- The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification validates CSA's ability to provide reliable and efficient IT services to its clients.
- The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification recognizes the company's adherence to industry best practices for information security management.
- The ISO 9001:2015 certification signifies CSA's commitment to maintaining quality management systems to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
"We are extremely proud to have achieved recertification in these important ISO standards to continue to drive toward quality across the organization," said Tim Spadafore, CSA chief operating officer. "These certifications demonstrate our commitment to providing our clients with the highest quality enterprise IT, training and simulation and mission support services."
The recertification process involved an extensive audit of CSA's systems and processes by an independent certification body, which verified that the company's practices are in compliance with the ISO standards.
In early October, CSA announced that its project operations division was appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) for Services Maturity Level 3.
