Ellen Barletto

Ellen Barletto joined CSA in 2008 and currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer.  In this role, she is responsible for CSA’s business development, capture management, and proposal management functions.

Since 2008, Ellen has championed CSA on several engagements, remote and on customer site, with steadfast commitment and excellence. Ellen’s extensive CSA background includes supporting direct contract work for our Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) customer with lifecycle contract, financial, program/schedule management, and acquisition management support as well as her contribution to CSA’s Marketing and Sales team initiatives to develop new business opportunities, including leading proposal sections and technical volume development efforts across multiple RFPs.  Prior to her role as Chief Growth Officer Ellen was CSA’s Chief Administrative Officer.

Before joining CSA, Ellen served as legal support to the U.S. Department of Justice–Environment and Natural Resources Division–Environmental Enforcement Section. Ellen started her career as an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives followed by one year working for the largest U.S immigration law firm, Fragomen.

Ellen holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Government from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).
