Steven Quagliani

Chief Financial Officer

Steven Quagliani is the Chief Financial Officer of CSA. He has over 25 years of experience in operations and financial management positions. He has expert experience working with clients in a broad range of fields, to include financial management, business case analytics, project management and complex life cycle management support programs. Steve has been a part of CSA since 2004, and is responsible for all financial management and contract management aspects of CSAs operations. Steve also oversees the management of CSAs 401(k) retirement plan, managing banking relations as well as managing all audit activities.

Steve has worked with clients in the DoD, aerospace and defense information technology industries. He has led financial analysis projects including BCA efforts, for NAVSISA and NAVSUP. His benchmark studies were an integral part of the Navy ERP SMART BCA delivered in October 2001. His efforts have also included the development of the methodology and BCA management support for Navy Satellite Communications (SATCOM) equipment supporting SPAWAR and serving as the financial manager for a multi-million dollar Navy ERP implementation.

Previously, Steve worked for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) where he was responsible for the financial management and contractual management of a large group of contracts within SAIC’s Information Technologies Integration Group. After SAIC, he joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as the Operations & Financial Manager, where he was responsible for all financial and contractual elements of several large scale multi-year-multi-million dollar information technology contracts.

Steve is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and holds an MBA from California State University, Bakersfield and a MS in Financial and Tax Planning from San Diego State University.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys watching and playing sports, photography, hiking, and hunting. As a Pennsylvania native, you can expect to see him cheering on Penn State, the Steelers, the Penguins, and the Pirates.
