Vice President of Innovative Solutions

As CSA’s vice president of innovative solutions, Hollis Cash is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s capture and solutioning strategy. Hollis oversees new customers and organic growth. He also curates CSA’s existing technical offerings and drives the development of new innovative technical offerings to align with the organization’s growth objectives.  

Hollis brings a wealth of experience spanning the public, private and non-profit sector. Prior to joining CSA, Hollis served as an executive business development and innovation leader within several high-profile companies and organizations. Most recently, Hollis served as the chief technology and innovation officer for the international expansion of a world-renowned art gallery in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In the defense sector, Hollis led multi-billion-dollar capture and solution development for large projects and contract vehicles across DoD, intelligence, civilian and commercial programs. In this capacity, he served as the vice president and chief technology officer (CTO) for the $1B Technical Solutions Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), where he headed the CTO office and developed capture and solutioning for multi-million dollars of growth. He provided business development and innovation leadership as vice president of technical operations and solutions for American Systems; CTO for Intelligence and Security Group, BAE Systems; and collaboration, content, and communication strategies practice manager for Booz Allen Hamilton.  

A few of Hollis’s major successful client captures and engagements include U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM), GSA Connections II, National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3), DHS Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE), FBI Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (ITSSS) , GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS), GSA Alliant and theU.S. Coast Guard Application Product Lines Enterprise Services (APLES). 

Hollis is a decorated war-time U.S. Air Force veteran, where he served at Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina; Suwon AB, South Korea; Sembach AB, Germany; RAF Feltwell, UK; and was deployed to Incirlik AB, Turkey in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm 

Hollis holds a B.S. in Management from The University of Maryland and several industry technology certifications. He also holds an Executive Business Development Program certification from Wharton University.
