Director of Technology Strategy and Innovation
Adam Casler joined CSA in February of 2013 and currently serves as the Director of Technology Strategy and Innovation, leading CSA’s internal and external strategy for digital services.
Adam is a subject matter expert in both SharePoint and robotic process automation (RPA) and is one of the founding members of CSA’s digital transformation team, JARGON. He leads a team of forward-thinking and innovative technologists who deploy a variety of enterprise IT architectures, software engineering, system modernization and mobility solutions covering a wide spectrum of open source tools and vendor platforms.
In the past two years, his team led the development on 19 automation projects for CSA resulting in an estimated annual labor savings of nearly 17,00 hours and 11 high-impact automation, digital transformation or otherwise custom solutions for our clients.
Prior to joining CSA, Adam served as an intelligence analyst for the U.S. State Department with a specialty in Middle Eastern and South Asian politics. Adam also served a ten-year tenure with the Museum of Contemporary Art, San Diego supporting museum operations.
Adam holds an MS in Homeland Security and a BA in International Security and Conflict Resolution, both from San Diego State University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master and Product Owner, and UiPath Robotic Process Automation developer.
