Change Management

All changes to systems and applications must be given proper review before implementation to minimize service disruption and re-work. CSA engineers thoroughly document requested changes and facilitate CM processes before changes are made or new releases deployed to production. 

Problem Identification & Management

When things go wrong, you need a trusted partner to assess and respond. We implement monitoring tools for early identification of problems, staff help desks to support end-users as incidents occur, and have on-call technical experts available to support resolution.

Continuity of Operations & Recovery

Recognizing failures happen, we develop holistic strategies for Continuity of Operations and Backups. Our technical and business experts design and implement remote COOP sites for failover and local/offsite backup solutions for data recovery.  

Knowledge Management

Our SharePoint experts (including Certified Knowledge Managers) apply best practices to develop sites and document libraries to facilitate efficient sharing of collective knowledge throughout an organization.
