CSA Welcomes Ellen Barletto as the Chief Administrative Officer

December 22, 2022. FAIRFAX, Va. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced that Ellen Barletto was appointed chief administrative officer (CAO). Barletto joins CSA’s executive leadership team during the company’s recent transformational growth, just months after acquiring Capstone LLC, a mid-tier defense contracting firm.

Before her new appointment as CAO, Barletto served as CSA’s vice president of business operations, where she led initiatives to develop CSA’s human resources department and contracts, including leading employee development initiatives and procurement system compliance.

“Barletto has an extensive 13-year history with CSA in multiple capacities,” said Amy Bleken, CSA’s chief executive officer. “We are excited to begin working with Ellen in her newly appointed role. Not only does she have the proven experience to lead this company in the right direction, her commitment and enthusiasm toward the company’s success greatly benefit CSA and our clients.”

In her role as CAO, Barletto will lead CSA’s contracts, procurement, financial controls, security, human resources, recruiting and corporate administrative functions.

Before joining CSA, Ellen served the U.S. Department of Justice–Environment and Natural Resources Division–Environmental Enforcement Section, the U.S. House of Representatives, and Fragomen, one of America’s biggest immigration law firms.
