CSA’s Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Awarded Recompete to Provide IT Training Services to U.S. Navy Naval Education and Training Command
December 14, 2021 – FAIRFAX, Va. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced the award of a recompete task order to CSA’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Capstone LLC, to provide IT training operations services in support of the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). Specifically, CSA will provide network, systems and database administration of NETC IT systems, and technical support for the NETC NMCI PMO.
“NETC provides training and education in support of fleet readiness and Navy mission accomplishment, and our job is to manage the IT infrastructure to support their mission” states Ruth Bowers, CSA’s chief growth officer. “We are honored to continue our partnership with NETC in support of its system and network operations.”
The award was made under the Technical Services Support (TSS) 2 contract, a multiple- award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, which provides information technology services and solutions for the MyNavy HR enterprise.

CSA will continue its work for NETC on site in Pensacola, Florida, as well as Great Lakes, Illinois; San Diego, California; and Norfolk, Virginia. The base period of performance for this contract begins December 1, 2021, and will go through November 30, 2024.
