CSA’s Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Awarded Tasks to Provide Help Desk, Mobility and Technical Support to the Commander, Navy Installations Command
December 28, 2021—MECHANICSBURG, Pa. Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Capstone LLC, was awarded two recompete task orders to provide Next Generations Enterprise Network (NGEN) Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) program support and managed IT support services.
" CSA will continue supporting Commander, Navy Installations Command’s (CNIC’s) information technology (IT) services from the current continuity of services contract to the Next Generation contract. CSA will provide tier II help desk services within the headquarters, manage the command’s wireless mobility services, plan and implement technical solutions to improve the CNIC infrastructure, and manage special projects in support of the CNIC CIO.

CSA will continue to provide managed IT support services to assist in developing and analyzing policies, programmatic, tools, operations and the culture of the Navy’s NMCI/NGEN/ONE Net programs. The tier II IT support team will provide services for help desk, mobile devices and video teleconferencing support services.

These awards were made under the CNIC Program Management Oversight Services contract, a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract supporting the nine directors in CNIC headquarters and the regional commanders around the globe. The work will be performed at CNIC Headquarters in Washington D.C., and various other locations to include Norfolk, Virginia, Millington, Tennessee, and San Diego, California.
