Client Solution Architects Announces Board of Directors
February 7, 2022. Mechanicsburg, Pa. — Today, Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced its board of directors following its acquisition of Capstone LLC in July 2021. The board comprises seven members and held its first meeting on October 28, 2021.
CSA’s board of directors will play a critical role in guiding the company’s short-term and long-term strategy to ensure the success of its strategic mission—drive value by transforming how clients utilize people, technology, information and knowledge.

Lee Arroyo, CSA’s founder, leads the board as the executive chairperson, while Amy Bleken serves as CSA’s chief executive officer. In addition, Mark Frantz, Phil Nolan, Donna Morea, Jim Brabston and William Hilarides are also appointed board members.

Amy Bleken, CSA chief executive officer, is an award-winning executive leader who has led operations of global industry-leading firms such as Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE:HII), Camber Corporation, and the DAP business unit at CGI Federal (NYSE: GIB). She specializes in strategic growth augmented by acquisitions and integration, operational excellence and leadership development.
Lee Arroyo, board executive chairperson, has more than twenty-three years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex supply chain systems, processes, and solutions working for government and commercial clients in retail, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and automotive and defense industries.
Mark Frantz, director, Blue Delta Capital Partners co-founder, serves on numerous boards for privately held growth companies and non-profit organizations. He also serves on the board of directors for ASGN (NYSE: ASGN).
Phil Nolan, director, Blue Delta Capital Partners General Partner, is a retired U.S. Navy Captain who has served on numerous boards and brings unmatched expertise in investments and successful company revenue growth.
Donna Morea, director, is a highly accomplished executive and board director nationally recognized in the IT software and services and private equity communities. She currently serves on numerous boards, including the Board of Directors of Truist (NYSE: TFC) and SAIC (NYSE: SAIC).
Jim Brabston, director, currently serves as GovermentCIO chief executive officer, is an experienced executive within the government services space. He brings expertise in operations and business development and has served on multiple public and government services corporate boards.
William Hilarides, director, a retired 3-star Vice Admiral currently involved with the Roosevelt Group, is a member of the Australian Naval Shipbuilding Advisory Board and is a highly sought-after consultant for his expertise in defense, intelligence, cyber, energy and health care.
