Scott Arnold was promoted to the position of Director of Operations, Mid-Atlantic Region in February of 2016. In this role, his mission is to ensure continued superlative client delivery/satisfaction, promote the career advancement of CSA’s Mid-Atlantic Region employees, and support prime and subcontractor tasks operating in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Scott has an extensive background in leadership, strategy, and team-building. He is a forward-thinking, results-driven, seasoned manager and leader with over 25 years of demonstrated experience in managing large, complex organizations and making sound business and operational decisions in uncertain and ever-changing environments. He is a top performer who excels at promoting the development, support, and management/leadership of projects and teams. Additionally, he has extensive experience with strategic planning, policy development, logistics, resource allocation, crisis management, training, and leading change.
Prior to joining CSA, Scott had a distinguished 27 year career in the United States Marine Corps retiring in 2014 as a Colonel. As an EA6B “Prowler” Naval Flight Officer, Scott made numerous deployments and participated in multiple conflicts to include, OPERATION DESERT SHIELD/STORM, OPERATION ALLIED FORCE, OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM and OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM.
Scott is a proud graduate of North Carolina State University where he earned a B.A. in Chemistry. In addition, he graduated from Air Command and Staff College with a M.A. is the Operational Art and Science of Warfare, and he is a Distinguished Graduate of the National War College where he earned a M.S. in National Security Strategy.
Scott is happily married to his wife and has two incredibly energetic and happy children. He is a passionate golfer, Ironman Triathlete, and multiple marathon finisher, to include the Dopey Challenge in 2015.
