Lee Arroyo is CSA’s President and Co-Chairman of the Board. He has more than eighteen years of progressive experience in the areas of design, development, and implementation of complex supply chain systems, processes, and solutions. He has helped clients in critical areas such as strategy formulation and conceptualization, project management, process improvement, application architecture, and design.
Lee’s government clients have included the U.S. Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command, Defense Logistics Agency, Marine Corps Logistics Command, and Office of the Secretary of Defense. His commercial clients have included major brands in the retail, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and automotive industries.
Prior to CSA, Lee was a leader within the AT Kearney-EDS joint venture, e-Solutions, which sold management consulting services and system implementations. While there he was responsible for the supply chain consulting service line that was deployed worldwide. Lee was responsible for delivery methodologies, sales, marketing, alliances, project delivery, and customer satisfaction. He maintains deep technical, process, and implementation knowledge of supply chain systems from many of the leading software technology firms in the industry. Prior to EDS, Lee worked for Bristol Myers Squibb (U.S. and Europe) where he was an integral member of several global supply chain transformation projects.
Lee is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the commissioning crew of the USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) and also served at the Norfolk Naval Air Station. He serves on the Upper Allen Township Parks and Recreation Board and is a member of the Harrisburg Area YMCA Board of Directors.
Lee instituted CSA’s Adventure Challenges in 2010. These challenge races are held annually in different location across the country, are attended by employees and invitees of the organization, and usually cover 200 miles over a 26+ hour period. Lee has ridden the 100 mile America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride in Lake Tahoe with the Harrisburg area Leukemia Lymphoma Society team and has completed over a half dozen half marathons and several triathlons, including the HITS Napa Valley Olympic distance triathlon. Lee has completed two full marathons (Harrisburg ’12 and Carlsbad ’13). He will attempt the Walt Disney World Goofy Challenge in 2016.
