David Hickey joined CSA in June of 2003 and began serving as the CEO on October 1, 2016. David brings more than twenty years of professional experience, including fourteen years in process improvement driven management consulting. He has worked numerous projects in both the commercial and government sectors that have required specialized experience in strategic planning, business continuity planning, supply chain management, logistics, procurement, best practices investigation, and business case analysis. David’s industry experience includes the support of large-scale business transformation initiatives for the DoD as well as extensive commercial experience supporting major brands in the retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries.
Prior to joining CSA, David was a senior consultant/manager and product launch lead at the supply chain management software firm Manugistics (now JDA Software). Prior to joining Manugistics, David worked as a management consultant in the PriceWaterhouseCooper supply chain management practice where he was exposed to both commercial and federal government supply chain transformation projects and studies.
David is a graduate of Providence College where he received a BS in Health Policy and Management and also received his ROTC commission into the Army Medical Service Corps.
David has been married to his wife, Kimberly, for nineteen years and currently spends his off time trying to keep up with their five wonderful and extremely active children.
