As Vice President of Customer Engagement, Brian Keller’s focus is on creating a fun and motivating environment that inspires our employees to consistently go above and beyond for our customers. Brian’s attention is on the day-to-day interface between our employees and customers to ensure CSAers are armed with all of the tools and knowledge they need to deliver an amazing customer experience.
Brian is a former Navy Supply Corps Officer with an extensive background in acquisition, contracts, logistics, and inventory management. From May 2012 to May 2015 Brian was CSA’s San Diego Director of Operations. He oversaw all client delivery efforts and managed CSA’s 170+ San Diego-based employees. During his time as regional director, CSA San Diego achieved employee growth of 300%+. From 2005 to 2012 he supported CSA’s PEO C4I clients in the areas of acquisition, program management, and contract management. During this time he was also the lead of CSA’s Contracts Management Team, which has assisted our clients with the acquisition of over $11 billion in C4I hardware, software and services.
Prior to joining CSA, Brian was an active duty Naval Officer from 1999 to 2005. He was stationed onboard the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln from 2001 to 2003 and supported wartime efforts during both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He also completed a tour in the SPAWAR Contracts Directorate as a Contracts Specialist Intern from 2003 to 2005.
Brian is a graduate of Virginia Tech where he received his BS in Business Management, with a Minor in Leadership from the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets (VTCC).
Brian’s newest passion is triathlon training and racing. He completed his first IronMan triathlon in November of 2014, which included a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a marathon run (26.2-miles). If Brian isn’t swimming, biking, or running, you can catch him watching his Virginia Tech Hokies on Saturdays and the Cincinnati Bengals on Sundays during football season.
