Amy Koch joined CSA in 2007 and is CSA’s Director of Functional Development, where her areas of responsibility include overseeing the identification, development, standardization, and implementation of CSA’s functional training offerings. Under the CSA Institute and supporting Service Line Management, Amy’s oversight of CSA’s functional pipeline ensures functional career path development and training are provided across CSA’s service lines and workforce.
Amy brings over 10 years of professional consulting services in the federal government, with an emphasis on contracts management. Amy is also CSA’s federal and commercial contracts manager where she currently leads the PEO EIS PMW 205 CSA contracts support team in both San Diego and Washington, DC.
Amy is a graduate of Michigan State University where she received a BA in Social Relations and Policy as well as East Asian Studies. In addition, Amy is a graduate of Syracuse College of Law, where she earned her JD. Amy has a license to practice law in the State of New York, and is a Registered In-House Counsel in the State of California.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys Crossfit, tennis, and golf. She resides in San Diego with her husband, James, a Navy veteran, and their rescue puppy, Shorty.
