CSA is one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania, for Seventh Consecutive Year

December 2, 2016 – MECHANICSBURG, Pa. Client Solution Architects LLC is named one of Pennsylvania’s “Best Place to Work” for the seventh consecutive year. The Best Places to Work in PA program dedicates itself to identifying and recognizing Pennsylvania’s best employers. CSA ranked among 100 companies, competed against 24 in the large sized category and placed at number 4. Making this list is a prestigious honor, and winners improve their visibility and appeal to job seekers from around the globe by carrying a trusted stamp of approval as a “Best Places to Work in PA” company.

“There is a renewed energy at CSA and in the Northeast Region,” said Todd Yanik, CSA’s Director of Operations, Northeast Region. “With the transition of our new CEO, our focus has shifted to creating a corporate environment that inspires, supports and empowers our employees, while fostering and creating exceptional leaders at every level. CSA is in for some exciting changes over the next couple of years, and everyone is excited to take part in them.”

Companies began the application process in late March of this year. Once registered, Best Places to Work administered a survey to both employees and employers at hundreds of companies across the Commonwealth. Winners were chosen based on who received the highest combined scores in the twofold evaluation: a review of a company’s workforce policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics (25%) and results of an employee survey measuring employee satisfaction (75%). Using a formula similar to Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work for in America,” the Best Companies Group surveyed and scored the workplace, and gave each company an overall rating.

CSA was recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on Thursday, December 1, 2016, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in downtown Lancaster, PA. For more information on the Best Places to Work in PA, visit www.bestplacestoworkinpa.com.
