December 9, 2014 – MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Client Solution Architects LLC has been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA for the fifth consecutive year by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and Team Pennsylvania Foundation. CSA was revealed as number 28 in the small-/medium-sized companies at the celebration dinner on Thursday, December 4 at the Lancaster County Convention Center in downtown Lancaster, Pa.

“It is a tremendous honor to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in PA, especially for the fifth consecutive year,” said Todd Yanik, Director of Operations, Pennsylvania. “The significance of achieving this award is a true testament to the great things CSA is doing, as an organization and as individuals. At CSA, you will find that our employees have created a culture of camaraderie and pride in our work, which results in continually seeking better ways to deliver CSA capabilities to our clients. It is a privilege to be part of an organization like CSA, where I continually hear the great things that our people are doing, and how much they enjoy working at CSA and with our clients.”

The Best Places to Work in PA program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania that are benefiting the state’s economy and its workforce. The winning companies are traditionally made up of two groups of companies: 50 small-/medium-sized (25–250 employees) and 50 large-sized companies (251 employees or more).

The Best Companies Group, a research firm dedicated to identifying employers that lead the way in defining the employee experience, deterime and rank the winning companies by the highest combined score in a two-part evaluation process: review of a company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics (25%) and results of an employee survey gauging the employee experience (75%). However, this year, the research revealed that more small-/medium-sized companies scored higher marks than large-sized companies, so the list is made up of 72 small/medium-sized firms and 28 from the large category.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

– Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business

– Be a publicly or privately held business

– Have a facility in Pennsylvania

– Have at least 25 employees working in Pennsylvania

– Be in business a minimum of one year.
