February 09, 2015—SAN DIEGO—Client Solution Architects (CSA) plans to attend AFCEA’s Western Conference and Exposition (WEST 2015) at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, February 10–12. West 2015 is the largest event on the West Coast for the Sea Services and their supporting contractors. This year’s event’s theme is Shaping the Maritime Strategy: How Do We Make It Work?
Now in its 25th year, WEST 2015 is co-sponsored by AFCEA International and the U.S. Naval Institute, both non-profit, non-lobbying membership associations. West 2014 gives active duty U.S. and allied military, government, industry and academia decision-makers the opportunity to engage and discuss the maritime strategy within the current budget. Industry participants will showcase and discuss emerging systems, platforms, technologies and networks that will impact all areas of current and future Sea Service operations.
In the past, the conference has attracted nearly 6,000 attendees and 3,000 exhibitors. This year, senior leaders, including the three Sea Service Chiefs, will address Lower Budgets and Higher Demands: How Do the Sea Services Strike the Right Balance?
“This is a forum where Navy and industry personnel can discuss innovative solutions to today’s issues and tomorrow’s Surface Warfare challenges. Our recent award on GSA’s multi-government-agency vehicle, OASIS, will make this expo an invaluable opportunity for CSA,” said Chip Doering, CSA’s Director, NAVSEA Accounts and registered attendee. “The SNA symposium provides excellent networking opportunities for small businesses like CSA to meet with key decision makers within the Surface Warfare community that may be looking to take advantage of the new OASIS vehicle.”
