Client Solution Architects (CSA), a medium sized defense consulting company, recently announced Todd Yanik as Senior Director of Operations, Northeast region. In his new role, Yanik will oversee CSA’s Northeast regional offices, Mechanicsburg, Pa. and Lakehurst, N.J., and a satellite office in Philadelphia, Pa. The Northeast region is one of CSA’s more unique and challenging regions due to its geographic dispersion and customer variety.

Yanik joined CSA in 2011 and served as CSA’s chief of staff and the first Northeast regional director of operations. As chief of staff, Yanik provided direct support to the CEO, and worked with the executive team to develop CSA’s 2016-2021 business plan. During his time as the Northeast regional director of operations he stood up the Lakehurst, N.J. office and the Philadelphia, Pa. satellite office.

“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Todd Yanik back as CSA’s Northeast regional director,” said CSA VP of Client Engagement Brian Keller. “Todd is a great representative of CSA’s culture and will be relied on heavily as CSA implements Guidance Consulting principles into our customer delivery philosophy. Todd’s professional background as a Navy Supply Corps officer, coupled with his people-first leadership style, makes him a great fit for this key position.”

“I’m excited to be back in the Northeast regional director seat,” said Todd Yanik. “I am fortunate to have spent the past year working with the executive team on CSA’s strategic planning to help us transition from a medium sized company into a large business. This experience will be a great asset as we begin to operationalize Guidance Consulting.”

Before joining CSA, Yanik served 22 years as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps commander. He has broad operational experience in global logistics, acquisition and supply chain management, and flawlessly executed value-added plans. He has a proven track record for turning around underperforming activities and building collaborative teams to achieve long-term efficiency and profitability. Yanik will work and reside in Philadelphia, Pa.
